step1 : i took a old paper texture n masked the skull into it
some color changes selective color and contrast brightness adjustments

step2 : i added some c4d renders and circles

step3: added some yellow color - a handdrawn texture to the skin (overlay) and some handdrawn drips (darken)

step4: more texture - added another handdrawn texture and set it to invert  + some pieces of paper

step5: some more c4d renders a dirty paper texture n some highligh colors like orange to the middle

step6 : added the text lyers some paint dripps n splatters and shapes around it
